Managing Director

We have only real maritime crew HR professionals in our company. It is our goal and main achievement for over 25 years in the crewing market. We take care of each partner and build open business relationships for successful cooperation.

Executive Director

We examine each seafarer in detail with regard to their professional skills, experience and ability to perform tasks with full responsibility. This is the only way we managed to compile our own database of the best seafarers and establish a network of reliable and proven ship owners.

HR manager

Each seafarer is interviewed and tested for professional suitability. We provide crew flights around the globe at the right time.

Regional Manager Greece

We organize prompt assistance in the selection of crews for employment on ships in the Mediterranean region.

Fleet Manager

We take into account all criteria when selecting the crew. We provide the best, most suitable candidates – with good recommendations.

Quality and Training Manager

We conduct workshops and training in accordance with the shipowners' standards and requirements using leading training centers and international online educational platforms for maritime personnel. Upon completion of training, each seafarer is granted with certificate of course completion.

HR Manager Assistant

We process seafarers 'documents, check the authenticity of educational diplomas, experience and feedback from candidates' previous jobs, prepare flag documents, cooperate with certified medical centers.
